Notes
Dietary Restrictions & Preferences:
Soy sauce (1 tbsp): Use tamari or coconut aminos for a gluten-free option.
Honey (1 tbsp): Replace with agave syrup for vegan adaptation.
Availability & Convenience:
Rice vinegar (1 tsp): Substitute with apple cider vinegar or white wine vinegar.
Sesame seeds (1 tsp): Use crushed peanuts or omit if unavailable.
Flavor & Texture Adjustments:
Sesame oil (½ tsp): Swap with olive oil for a milder flavor.
Ginger (½ tsp): Omit or replace with a pinch of ground ginger powder if fresh is unavailable.
Nutritional Modifications:
Honey (1 tbsp): Reduce to ½ tbsp to lower sugar content without majorly affecting texture.--
Maintain equal liquid ratios to ensure glaze consistency. Flavor balance depends on the sweet-salty ratio, so adjust soy and honey proportionally if modifying further.
